| Communication Management Strategy |
This communication management strategy has been developed with the purpose of enabling Support to the Safe Motherhood Programme (SSMP) to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels, within the programme, with partners and wider stakeholders and with the general public, functioning as a cohesive entity that effectively supports the Government of Nepal in achieving the aims of the national safe motherhood programme. Using five key strategic approaches, the strategy is intended to help SSMP to address management issues, build relationships, maximise its coordination role, advocate for safe motherhood and neonatal health issues, build a positive organisational image and promote evidence based policy development. The five strategies are: conflict analysis; identity and image promotion; team building; systematised documentation; and information management and dissemination. .... |
