Government health education staff poised for new learning and positive change

All of the National Health Education, Information and Communication Centre (NHEICC) staff participated in a program entitled "Strengthening Organization Effectiveness - 'Unleashing the Positive Potential". After the 4-day participatory workshop, individuals were inspired and motivated for continuous learning and and increased organizational effectiveness. Teams of participants developed 3-month action plans. The workshop was jointly designed and organized by NHEICC and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health/Center for Communication Programs - Support to Safe Motherhood Program (JHU-CCP-SSMP) with support from Facilitator, Mr. Sahadev Mahat.  Participants shared that "workshop was a unique opportunity to discuss organizational as well as personal strengths and it has made us more enthusiastic in our work".
